Flap discs

Molemab flap discs are made by cloth abrasive flaps (aluminium oxide, zircon oxide or ceramic) pasted on nylon or fibreglass backing.

Available with flat nylon backing and flat or tapered fibreglass backing they are suitable for all the applications in steel working, included weld beads grinding.

Molemab is sole supplier of the new Rapid Finish flap discs, with non woven flaps pasted on fibreglass backing. Excellent for steel and aluminium finishing they last much longer compared to the conventional flap discs.
